A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to the final payment will result in a 50% deposit penalty. After the final payment is made the reservation is non- refundable but we will make every effort to accommodate you at a later date. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
